Des nouvelles de l’Inde
Je suis installée à Rishikesh depuis le 21 janvier, dans une superbe grande chambre à l’hôtel de mon ami Praveen, le Rishikesh Inn. La table de massage est orientée vers l’est et fait en sorte que les pieds des personnes sont au pied de l’Himalaya. Quelques petites décorations, tissus, photos et fleurs, contribuent à créer une ambiance intime et de détente. Jusqu‘à présent, je suis au service d’êtres en provenance des quatre coins du monde ainsi que quelques amis indiens. Je les remercie infiniment de leur confiance puisque chaque être est un guru pour moi.
Satsang
Sanskrit Sat = vérité, réalité et être. Saṅgha =compagnie, assemblée, rassembler. Signifie « être en compagnie de la vérité ». fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Satsang
Le maître spirituel Mooji a offert quatre semaines de satsang. C’est la première année que j’assiste à la saison complète. Il n’y a pas de mot pour décrire cette expérience de baigner dans un champ énergétique avec plus de 2000 personnes, d’être unis dans cette espace partagé en l’absence du temps et de cet espace infini. Dans cet espace, il n’y a pas de séparation, c’est l’espace du cœur, la reconnaissance de l’amour universel qui est en chacun de nous. Love is the recognition of our shared being.
Les photos sont interdites mais j’ai pu en faire une la dernière journée avec Mooji, lors de la célébration et cérémonie du feu. Cette cérémonie est très puissante et consiste à faire un vœu et lancer un morceau de camphre dans le feu.
Comme à Tiruvannamalai, plusieurs maîtres offrent des satsangs avec une essence qui leur est propre. La voix et le but s’unissent ; la reconnaissance de cet être éternel qui vit en chacun de nous la reconnaissance de soi.
Happy Holi
L’Inde célèbre de nombreuses fêtes religieuses, au moins une par mois. Happy Holi s’est déroulé cette année le 13 mars et marque l’arrivée de l’équinoxe du printemps. C’est la fête des couleurs dans le nord elle est dédié à Krisna. Cette fête abolit les distinctions entre les différentes castes et religions. Chaque couleur porte aussi une signification.

Le 26 avril, je quitte pour le Sri Lanka pour une merveilleuse aventure avec la Ayubowan Fondation. J’accompagnerai le Dr. François Tessier directeur de cette ONG incorporée au Canada et en voie de l’être au Sri Lanka. J’assisterai son collègue Gerard Fernando, auriculothérapeute et directeur d’un centre de réhabilitation pour toxicomanes et serai à son service en procurant des soins auprès de la communauté.

Ayubowas est un mot en Singalais qui signifie bienvenue ou longue vie. J’ai été séduite par cette initiative qui privilégie une approche en soins énergétiques, jumelé avec l’acupuncture et la médecine ayurvédique.
La campagne de financement est en cours afin de mettre la structure de la fondation sur pied et d’assurer la stabilité de ce projet au Sri Lanka.
En principe je rentre à Montréal vers la fin mai. Je communiquerai la date précise prochainement.

News from India
I have been in Rishikesh since January 21, in a big, beautiful room at my friend Praveen’s hotel, the Rishikesh Inn. The massage table is oriented eastward, with the result that people’s feet point to the Himalayan foothills. Some small decorative items, tissues, pictures and flowers help create a relaxing and intimate setting. The clients I’ve had so far are a few Indian friends, and people from the four corners of the world. I am very grateful for their trust, because every being is a guru for me.
Satsang
Sanskrit Sat = truth, reality and being. Saṅgha = a gathering, an assembly. Means “being in the company of the truth.” en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Satsang
Mooji, the spiritual master, offered four weeks of satsang. This is the first year I’ve attended the entire season. I have no words to describe the experience of bathing in an energy field along with more than 2000 other beings, united in this shared, timeless and infinite space. This space knows no separation: it is the space of the heart, the recognition of the universal love in all of us. Love is the recognition of our shared being.
Photography is prohibited, but I was able to take a picture on the last day with Mooji, during the celebration and fire ceremony. The ceremony is very powerful and involves making a wish and putting a piece of camphor in the fire.
As in Tiruvannamalai, a number of masters give satsangs with their own specific essence. Voice and purpose unite and points to the self- recognition of our eternal being.
Happy Holi
India celebrates many religious festivals, at least one a month. This year, Happy Holi fell on March 13, marking the arrival of the spring equinox. Holi is a festival of colours all over India and in the north the celebrations are dedicated to Krishna. This festival does away with the distinctions between the castes and religions, and every colour has a meaning.
What’s next …
On April 26, I’m going to Sri Lanka for a marvellous adventure with the Ayubowan Fondation ayubowanfoundation.com I will be accompanying Dr. François Tessier, founder of the foundation. This NGO is incorporated in Canada and in the process of being incorporated in Sri Lanka. I will be assisting his colleague, Gerard Fernando, an auriculotherapist and director of an addiction recovery centre, by providing care to the community.

Ayubowas is a Sinhalese word that means “welcome” or “long life.” I was seduced by the initiative, which privileges an energy work approach combined with acupuncture and Aryuvedic medicine.
A funding campaign is now underway to set up the foundation’s structure and give the project stability in Sri Lanka.
In principle, I expect to be back in Montreal towards the end of May. I will provide the exact date soon.
